Thanks for an incredible five-star review of “The Reality Thief” by The Red Headed Book Lover. My favorite quote: “He weaved all the complex themes, all the well-developed characters into a perfect, science fiction novel that will satisfy all the science fiction fans out there!”

Good reviews, bad reviews.
That would have made my day. But earlier on the very same day, “The Reality Thief” received its first one-star review: “Painful read. Made it page 119 and gave up! Ugh.”
The review came from a Verified Purchase on Amazon, but I had to wonder how the person knew they stopped reading at page 119 (seeing as how e-books have no page numbers). Maybe they’re just a troll (yes, there exist people- sometimes authors- who try to boost their books by hurting other people’s). I don’t know, but as a good skeptic one wonders about outliers in the data.
At any rate, if you read “The Reality Thief” and enjoyed it, I could really use your help. Please visit the book at Amazon and/or Goodreads and leave your honest review. We indie authors need all the support we can get from our readers.
